Welcome to Code 4 Inspection. I am a police, fire and military veteran with over 25 years of building and remodeling experience. I will provide a higher quality and more in-depth inspection that would be difficult for the larger, multi inspector companies to achieve. In addition to my experience I have been nationally trained and certified through the most well-respected organizations in the industry.
My inspections generally take 3 hours, but may last longer if needed. I will not sacrifice quality and rush your inspection to try to perform more inspections each day. If there are time constraints or circumstances that require inspections to be completed more quickly, I will do everything I can to accommodate your needs.
My reports weigh heavily on pictures to clearly illustrate any issues identified. I will also take several pictures in the more remote locations of the house that can be used for future projects or repairs. Reports will be provided within 24 hours. They can be completed and provided at the end of the inspection, if necessary.
Education is a key component in any home inspection. I will take the time to explain everything in the report until you have a clear understanding of the condition of the house.
